At Shelley and Co, we want you to love your beauty routine; if a product isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
