The name tells you a fair bit - this is a hydrating shampoo which would be too heavy for fine hair. The whole Kérastase Genesis range is aimed at reducing hair fall, so if that’s your concern, step this way. Safe to use on coloured hair. 

First, of course, wet your hair. Then take a 20-cent piece of shampoo and apply it to your scalp in sections. Emulsify, massage into your scalp, and rinse. Repeat the process and follow with the Kérastase Genesis Masque Reconstituant.
